Taking care of yourself and avoiding toxins

Endocrine disruptors are now known to everyone... or almost. These dangerous molecules invade our daily life and that of our children. Thanks to the numerous television reports on the subject, we know the risks but also the sources. It's no longer a secret!

Therefore, changes can be implemented in the daily life of some families to limit the damage. However, let's face it, it's not always easy to protect ourselves 100% against this deadly chemistry and also against this world that is becoming more and more polluting for our body.

How to protect our children?

Especially the little girls who sometimes see their bodies change and evolve at an age that is not conducive to that. Many little girls are pubescent sometimes at the age of eight or nine years and this is absolutely not in the order of things. Chemistry takes over nature and the mess that is created is then very alarming.

In the USA, bisphenol and phthalates are found in 92% of the population's urine. Little by little, during our life, these molecules accumulate and poison us completely. It is a real public health issue that is put forward and unfortunately the people competent to stop the decline are washing their hands of it.

How many women are no longer able to procreate? How many children are born with malformations or mental problems? The further we go, the worse and worse it gets.
Despite all the daily actions that can be put in place, these disruptors can still reach us.

Why? Simply because they are everywhere!

Hunting down endocrine disruptors is therefore sometimes essential. Detoxification of the body, periods of fasting or taking food supplements to cleanse the body are all solutions that can be implemented in a Naturopathic cure. Of course, the solutions are not adapted to everyone because depending on our life, our hygiene, our way of eating, we are not all affected in the same way.

We are not all equal in the face of danger.

A person who consumes organic food and lives in the countryside while growing his or her own produce without pesticides will not be as affected as a person who lives in the city, eats fast food three times a week, walks constantly in front of the exhaust pipes and lives in an increasingly materialistic way.

The worlds are different and for each of us, the danger will also be different.

How do I know if I have heavy metal poisoning?

Comprehensive tests can be set up and analyzed by a qualified physician. Now, some signs may alert you, such as migraines, fatigue, a clogged liver and therefore a white and loaded tongue in the morning when you wake up, nausea, sleep disorders, etc. Pay attention to the signs and listen to your body. On its own, it could give you many answers.

If you haven't already done so, adopting a new lifestyle is the first step towards a life without disruptors. Here are some tips:

  1. Avoid drinks in plastic bottles and prefer glass bottles. Also ban aluminum cans and tetra packs, which children love. The small orange juices that we give to children for snacks at school are real bombs as much by the container as by the content (water and sugar which are not adapted to the balance of a child)
  2. Limit the use of chemical drugs and then see your doctor if you can't get relief from your treatment. Adopt a more natural attitude towards your pharmacy. Ask for advice from an herbalist or a naturopath.
  3. If you can't totally eliminate the surrounding pollution because you live in the city, try to create moments of well-being by taking a walk in the woods or by the sea to finally breathe healthy air, air composed of negative ions that are very positive for your health.
  4. Replace your beauty products with organic products that are safe for your body. Since endocrine disruptors are found everywhere, even in nail polish, don't play makeup games with your children. This playful activity that appeals to young girls is however very dangerous in the long term. In summary, take care of yourself and your children and be aware of the risks.
