Directions for use
To maximize the effectiveness of inhalation capsules, follow these simple steps:
1. Insert a whole capsule directly into the inhaler.
3. Pour boiling water over the capsule.
4. Inhale the vapours for up to 5 minutes.
5. Rinse the inhaler thoroughly after use.
You can also pour the capsules into a bowl: in this case, use a towel large enough to cover your head and the bowl to concentrate the vapor.
Precautions for use
- Do not swallow.
- Do not use in children under 12 years of age, or in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- Contraindicated in people with a history of allergy to one of the components.
