Pour le visage comme pour le corps, la crème solaire est indispensable pendant les mois d’été.
5 zones à ne pas oublier de protéger
When we spread sunscreen on our bread, we must be careful to protect every part of our body. Of course, the arms, legs, shoulders, back and stomach are the first places we think of. The face is not forgotten either, but there are other areas that we tend to forget or neglect.
The neck is a very sensitive area of the body, yet it is often forgotten whether it is for daily care or for applying sunscreen.
Hands can also get a sunburn and even though we often think that they are naturally protected, this is not the case.
Lips are extremely sensitive and should not be neglected when applying sunscreen.
The décolleté is an area that is only remembered to protect when wearing a swimsuit. However, this area is constantly subjected to the dangers of UV rays and a daily application of SPF protection is therefore necessary.
The scalp appears to be protected by our hair, but this is not the case. Therefore, to avoid sunstroke and sunburn, it is best to wear a hat.

Moisturizing cream: why is it necessary?
The skin of the body and face is subjected daily to several factors that damage it: rubbing clothes, perspiration, weather... Daily moisturizing of the skin is a care that allows the skin to protect itself from all these attacks and prevent the skin from drying out and becoming irritated.
The moisturizing cream aims to nourish and hydrate the skin in depth by infiltrating through the pores. In addition, the lipids present in the cream repair the external layer of the skin (skin barrier).
Thus, thanks to a regular application of cream, the skin regains all its suppleness, luminosity and radiance.
Make your own moisturizing cream for the skin
Ingrédient pour 50 ml de crème
30 ml of vegetable oil of your choice (olive, sesame, castor, sweet almond, jojoba or other)
20 ml of clear water or hydrolate (rose, lavender ...)
Before starting, be sure to thoroughly disinfect ALL equipment with alcohol or by soaking it for 10 minutes in boiling water. Then wash your hands thoroughly.
Heat a pan in a bain-marie and add the wax and oil.
Stir at about 60°C until the wax is completely melted.
Place the second pan in the water bath and heat the water or hydrolate in it.
Remove from the heat when both preparations are hot, then pour the water gradually into the oily mixture while whisking continuously.
Continue to whisk the mixture until the ingredients have combined and the mixture is lukewarm.
Then add the grapefruit seed extract while stirring and pour it into the bottle.
Don't forget to label your cream and indicate the date of manufacture on it.
Your homemade cream is now ready! Before the first use, make sure to carry out an allergy test (a little in the hollow of the arm and then wait 24 hours).
It is recommended to store the cream in a place away from light, heat and humidity (the fridge is ideal). Under these conditions, the cream will keep for about 1 month unless signs of degradation are visible: change in smell, color or texture.
