Directions for use
- Use from the 34th week of pregnancy.
- Massage the perineum every day, for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Place yourself in a comfortable, relaxed position, raising your legs with cushions for example.
- Smear oil on your thumb and forefinger and start with an external massage using circular strokes on the skin of the perineum.
-If contractions occur before the 37th week of pregnancy, do not massage the perineum.
- Do not use if you have a vaginal infection.
- If in doubt, consult your midwife or doctor.
- Can be used as an external massage during childbirth to relieve this painful area.
