Essential oils of your choice
I like to recommend that people who come to me for a consultation choose an essential oil that smells good to them, without trying to find out its properties. The smell has an incredible power in the reminiscence of distant memories. Scents open the doors to the unconscious and emotional memory by stimulating specific areas of our brain. To smell a perfume that you like, to diffuse it in your home or in a dedicated room, to apply it to your body, to meditate with it is a gift that you give yourself. If you feel good, your body will be fine.
Spirit and Body being linked, by acting on one, we act on the other. That is why I warmly invite you to find your essential oilIt is important to take the time to take care of yourself.
Whether inhaled, diffused, applied locally pure or diluted, internally in a spoonful of honey or incorporated into dishes, essential oils are precious and powerful products despite the tiny quantity used. Their power of action is immense and can act on the physical as well as the emotional sphere.
