The breakfast
This is the most important meal. We must therefore pay special attention to it because it must provide our body with the necessary "fuel" and energy for the whole day. Therefore, you should not gorge yourself on fatty, heavy, sweet and high-calorie things. It would be a good idea to get children used to not eating sugary products regularly in the morning from a very young age. Eating jam, honey or even pastries opens the door to hypoglycemic attacks by mid-morning.
For everyone, it is clearly preferable to consume a concentrated preparation based on soy proteins for example or a budwig cream recommended by Doctor Kousmine. The daily dose of protein taken in the morning should be 1/3 of the total protein intake for the day.
Try replacing the usual coffee with green tea or chicory. If you have difficulty drinking it plain, use a natural sugar: honey, date syrup... in moderate quantities.
Mid-morning
Seems like the perfect time to enjoy a seasonal fruit.
The lunch
should be a moment of calm during which the body should benefit from a varied, complete and balanced intake (vegetables, raw vegetables, fruits...), depending on the type of diet chosen. For this, please refer to the pages concerning diets adapted to human physiology. And learn to take the time to enjoy that meal.
The middle of the afternoon
You will be able to take a break, with a herbal tea and a seasonal fruit.
The evening meal
Must, without question, be light since digestion at night is much slower. Don't forget that the night favors the storage of fats, increases the production of free radicals and disrupts rest. Therefore, opt for vegetable soups based on fresh, finely chopped vegetables, but not "ground" and very little cooked, or for cooked vegetables and legumes with a little vegetable protein. If you are not a "big" eater or if you want to lose a few pounds and have a real frugal meal, you can make up your evening meal with a protein preparation, with soy for example, identical to that of the morning. Obviously, you should not have dessert in the evening, but you can enjoy a slice of organic kamut, spelt or multigrain bread, accompanied by a bit of sheep or goat cheese. Finish with an herbal tea.
