Mycotherapy, an ordinary formula

Mushrooms are foods in their own right, and can be used as a dietary supplement. To eat them, however, they must be properly cooked. Otherwise, they could be dangerous!

If you're using mushrooms as a dietary supplement, choose the powdered solution. You can add it to your soup or any other recipe.

Edible mushrooms are available from supermarkets and market gardeners. With a little knowledge, you can plant them in your own garden. You can also pick them around trees, with care. However, you need to be very careful, as mushrooms, as parasitic plants, readily assimilate substances contained in the soil or on the surface where they have grown. There is a risk that they may contain high levels of heavy metals or radioactive materials.

Health through mycotherapy

Mushroom treatment is a long-term formula. If you have chosen to undertake a medical cure with mushrooms, patience is essential: you won't be cured in an instant. A mycotherapeutic treatment not only aims to eradicate the disease, but also to eliminate its origins. That's why the treatment undertaken is purely individual.

The benefits of mycotherapy

In view of the increase in chronic illnesses and the side-effects of certain drugs, people are turning back to natural treatments. Chemical processes have only one action and very wide-ranging undesirable effects. A mushroom may have several virtues, thanks to the many substances it may contain. Mycotherapy is therefore the preferred treatment.

By eating mushrooms, you detoxify your body's digestive system. The plant has the effect of removing the toxic agents you have assimilated from unhealthy foods.

Mycotherapy also works to stimulate your immune system. Certain mushrooms boost your body's production of antibodies. As a result, your body is able to resist bacterial attack and won't easily fall prey to pathologies.

Preventing and curing, complementing care

Mycotherapy is a highly effective alternative for preventing Alzheimer's disease. Mushrooms stimulate the efficiency of nerve cells.

Mushrooms have long been used to treat stomach and liver ailments. Thanks to their detoxifying effect, they can solve problems of the digestive system. Mycotherapy is therefore a solution to indigestion problems.

With adaptogenic properties, mushrooms act against stress, nervous breakdowns and cardiovascular problems.

Finally, we use mycotherapy for cancer treatment. In this case, it is not a treatment in its own right. Whatever the stage of the tumor, mushroom therapy is only a complement to the treatment.
