Today's modern life subjects us to aseries of health hazards. An awful observation that is unfortunately and almost obligatory to make to this day. To facilitate our active lives far too stressfulNew products and technologies arrive in our homes every month. Obviously, as ever more active consumers, we are easily fooled and we consume more and more and more.
Life today has absolutely nothing to do with life 20 years ago
We are completely changing era and we are evolving towards a destruction of the man but also of the planet.
In order to earn a decent living - because the cost of living is increasing year by year - the human being is completely exhausted at work and he "runs" without stopping, forgetting himself completely. Man no longer has the time to take care of himself, he must continually work - and often commute for hours - to live life to the fullest, often forgetting not only his physical health but also his emotional well-being.
This frantic pace leads us to have bad lifestyle habits
We don't realize it anymore, but our harmful daily habits are now part of a normal lifestyle. We can no longer be aware of what is good for us.
Currently, we replace far too many of our relaxing hours with TV and screen time. Our smartphones are interfering in all the places of our daily life: kitchen, toilet, bathroom, bedroom. Some people combine hours of computer screen time with hours of television and smartphones. This constant contact disrupts our wakefulness, vitality and sleep.
We don't take the time to cook healthy anymore.
But finally, what is a healthy kitchen? Do we know it yet? Again, we forget to take this time to take care of our food and what will nourish our body.
Because going to a biocoop or farm takes more time than going to the drive-through at a fast food restaurant or ordering ready-made meals, we forget the priorities in our lives. Health! Don't forget that industrially processed foods are harmful to our body, which sees them as intruders that are difficult to digest.
- We lock ourselves up - often because of our professional activity - for more than 8 hours a day in offices or premises without interaction with the outside world, nature, fresh air, oxygenation. Our bodies need correlation with nature and green spaces to live properly. A complete oxygenation of the body is necessary for a healthy and optimal life.
- Nights of sleep are usually too short or not restorative enough. Indeed, we go to bed later and later, and sleep cycles are often disrupted. Bedtime rituals as a child no longer exist as an adult, even though this could sometimes be enough to restore sleep hygiene.
- How about joining the gym? No! The main excuse is lack of time. I feel like saying "what if we traded our hours in front of the television for 30 minutes of daily physical activity? ". According to figures from the media information center, the average Belgian watches 3H15 of television per day and 4h of various screens (including phone, computer, tablets, etc.).
An overly industrialized diet, poor quality sleep, too many screens and too much contact with electromagnetic waves, lack of oxygenation as well as lack of sports activity push the body to constantly fight for a well being that it has difficulty in finding. This search for balance tires the body and makes it more likely to fall ill.
What if we finally realized that taking care of ourselves is the key to our health?
