In detoxThere is good and bad elimination. Indeed, to get rid of its waste, our body uses different exit doors, large filters called "emunctories". These function in harmony and in the event of insufficiency of one or other of the organs
responsible, the others take over.
N.B.: Before any detox, if you suspect a respiratory or renal insufficiency, or any other problem on a major organ, ask your doctor for advice!
- The liver/gallbladder
It filters toxins from the bloodstream and rejects them through the digestive tract. Pollutants, synthetic molecules and heavy metals pass through it. Over time, if it is not drained and protected, it becomes clogged and allows toxins to enter the bloodstream and be deposited throughout the body.
The gallbladder collects bile from the liver and is responsible for its distribution during digestion as food passes through. It is an organ that easily suffers when it is clogged with stones and subjected to stress.
How to detoxify the liver:- Lemon juice mixed with hot water in the morning, very effective to
stimulate the liver.
- Artichoke-black radish ampoules at night at bedtime for 20 days. To
buy in organic store!
- Hot water bottle on the liver in the evening.
Did you know? The liver is also the organ of emotions par excellence, especially those
that are repressed, conflicts and torments. Take stock of unresolved emotions, but also those that are resolved but may have remained crystallized.
- The lungs
They release carbon dioxide but also inhaled pollution, they also oxidize lipids. Through expectoration (coughing), they help to get out mucus and waste products.
How to detoxify the lungs:
- Practice breathing exercises in an unpolluted environment, a forest, a mountain, the sea...
- Do sports.
- Air your house, use essential oils in diffusion.
- Avoid pollution and do not smoke... but you suspected it.
- The kidneys
They make urine, they clear the blood of waste products, and especially
those resulting from the processing of proteins. They release uric acid, urea, creatinine... They also dissolve the crystals responsible for kidney stones and renal colic.
How to detoxify the kidneys:
- Drink between 1 and 2 l per day, depending on the amount of water in our food ( eating a lot of fruits and vegetables is also consuming water).
- The Scottish shower on the kidneys, alternating hot and cold to optimize
their draining function.
- In infusion: horsetail, dandelion, meadowsweet, cherry tails, blackcurrant... plants that act on diuresis. Three a day.
Did you know? The cells of the kidneys are extremely fragile, if they are destroyed and run out, it is renal failure. Therefore, clogging of the
kidneys should be avoided at all costs and it is preferable to protect this function by diverting waste to other stronger emunctories, such as the skin.
