  • As far as weight loss is concerned, a personal calculation must be made by your coach. The goal is to aim for a heart rate that suits your needs. The fat burning zone is always at a well-defined heart level and is unique to each individual. Again, the right dose will have to be adapted.
  • Although cardio is important, muscle strengthening should not be neglected. The latter is done with the help of machines in the gym. Also, note that it is useless to carry weights that are too heavy for you because it would be useless and could, moreover, hurt you. The result will be found in soft movements with light loads while gradually increasing the repetitions.

Some sports and nutrition specialists can provide you with what you need to validate your goals. It is a good idea to be followed by a sports coach who will establish a precise program while following you personally. This combined with a healthy and natural nutrition, without chemical additives and without meal replacement, is the best solution to lose the pounds that bother you. While these natural and healthy methods may take a little more time and personal investment, believe me, they have a much greater impact in the long run.
