Directions for use

Normally your therapist will give you the dosage and instructions for use that correspond to your specific problem.

Standard use and dosage for adults:

• Take the drops on an empty stomach, outside (or 1/2 h before) meals, 2 to 3 times a day, pure or diluted in spring water or honey. For an optimal result, take them directly on the tongue and wait a few seconds before swallowing.
• Generally speaking, in the acute phase, take 2 to 5 drops 3 to 7 times a day for a maximum of one to three days. If the acute phase has not calmed down, it is probably necessary to change the bud.
• In the non-acute phase, for a punctual treatment, take 5 to 15 drops per day until the symptoms disappear and during 3 weeks maximum. It is better to start with 5 drops per day, gradually increase the dosage (1 drop per day) eventually up to 15, even 20 drops and when the desired result is obtained keep the same number of drops until the end of the treatment. If necessary, resume the treatment for three weeks after a one week break. If the treatment has not had a positive effect, it is probably necessary to change buds.
• For a basic treatment (preventive and curative), one will take from 5 to 15 drops per day during 3 weeks in a row followed by a week of stop and that three times in a row. Then one month of stop before resuming the same cycle, if necessary.
