How to prepare Ayluna Plant-based Haircolor: Bordeaux Red
Directions for use
- Before proceeding with full coloring, we recommend performing a color test on a strand of hair.
- This will help you predict the result according to the base color and the nature of your hair, thus avoiding unwanted surprises. Wait 24 to 48 hours after this test to observe color evolution.
Preparing your hair :
- Pre-cleansing: Wash your hair with a silicone-free shampoo to remove any barriers that may prevent pigmentation.
- At Ayluna, we recommend using a specific shampoo from our range and completing the wash with Ghassoul Powder to ensure a clean base, ready to absorb color optimally. Do not use conditioner or other hair care products before coloring.
Application
- Mixing: Pour the contents of one . Ayluna sachet into a container. Gradually add approximately 300 ml of warm water. Use a whisk or fork to obtain a smooth, homogeneous paste.
- Protection: Cover your shoulders with old textiles to avoid stains, and wear disposable gloves.
- Application: Apply the paste evenly with a specific coloring brush, starting at the roots and working your way to the ends. Then wrap your hair in a plastic charlotte to keep the heat in.
- Application time: Leave on for 15 minutes (if you have very light or damaged hair) to 2 hours (if you have healthy, dark or thick hair), depending on the desired shade and the nature of your hair. For a more intense result, you can create a turban on your head with a hot towel.
- Rinsing: Once the application time has elapsed, rinse with lukewarm water until the water runs clear. Avoid using shampoo or styling products for 24 hours after coloring.
