In order to give you the most accurate understanding possible, I had the chance to interview Peggy, author of the book " The yoni eggs to reveal your feminine potential ».

• Hello Peggy, thank you for accepting to answer our questions. Could you explain what yoni eggs are?

A yoni egg is a stone egg that you insert into your vagina. Yes, you read that right: in your vagina. This practice may seem strange at first, but you will discover that it can change your life!

Today, women's voices are free and their bodies are in motion.

Women want to know themselves, to love themselves, to be connected to their intuition and to live their lives fully. On this path many meet the yoni egg.

• What are they for? Is there an interest for the physical body? Emotional and energetic?

The yoni egg is not a simple technique to tone the perineum, it is much more than that. It touches, indeed, on different levels, as much corporal as emotional, energetic and spiritual. Our intimate self has many secrets to reveal to us.

The practice of the egg allows to take care of Yoni.

Yoni is a Sanskrit term that refers to the female sex as a whole, the genitals, including the vulva, vagina and uterus.

Bringing awareness to this part of the body and practicing the yoni eggs will bring you many benefits:

- You have a better knowledge of this area of the body, which is often neglected because it is still taboo, secret.

- You develop the tone of your perineum, a muscle or rather a set of muscles that has an essential role but is not well known.

A well-toned perineum helps to avoid urinary leaks (due to age, childbirth...) and to prevent the descent of organs.

Put the egg in your hands, and hold it without opening your eyes. Listen to what your body is telling you about each egg and then choose one. Open your eyes and discover the stone you have in your hands: perhaps its properties are in correspondence with what you need at the moment?

• What would be your advice for a first time user?

While you wait for your egg to arrive, take time to connect with the woman you are by taking time for yourself.

Dare to discover yourself without your egg by looking at and loving each part of your body.

Touch yourself, feel the parts of your body that are more sensitive.

Look at and observe your sex with the help of a mirror

When you receive the egg:

I discovered the eggs of Yoni several years ago through the American actress Gwyneth Paltrow, who was promoting them. I found this practice interesting, but little information on the subject was available at the time. At that time, I didn't feel ready to explore this subject alone...
