"The microbe is nothing, the field is everything

This is what Claude Bernard affirmed in total opposition to the Pasteurian theory. Few doctors and scientists are currently going in this direction and yet.
Dr. André Gernez (among others) has demonstrated that from the first days of life, the baby must be in contact with a non sanitized environment. According to him, asepsis and over-vaccination are heresy since they prevent the immune system (body's defense system) from reaching its maximum potential and development. In fact, very early on, normal contact with germs, microbes and dust allows the recording of information that the body memorizes in order to use it when necessary to defend itself.

Our world goes against this theory believing that by eliminating pathogenic elements (Dettol, bleach) we will avoid diseases and allergies. However, despite the so-called lightning progress of our medicine, we notice that there are more and more allergies, more and more autoimmune diseases, more and more cancers, etc. So there must be something wrong!

The terrain is the immediate environment of our cells, what Hippocrates called the humours, the organic liquids from which they draw their nourishment, but also the medium into which they discharge their waste. For its functioning, the organism must benefit from optimal conditions and thus from an internal environment sufficiently rich in nutrients (importance of food hygiene), but also the cleanest possible (work of elimination by the émonctoires).
Unfortunately, the environment and the current food are at the origin of deficiencies, but also of progressive clogging. All this leads to a progressive acidification of the tissues. A healthy organism constantly seeks the "ideal" balance through the mechanisms of homeostasis. It thus tends to avoid deficiencies, to be as unpolluted as possible and to re-establish a precise pH so that all the mechanisms take place correctly. The "terrain" tolerates only very small deviations.

The current way of life, stress, negative thoughts, aggressiveness, overeating and excess of all kinds, industrial food, and the use of drugs promote the overall acidification of the body and the imbalance of its defense mechanisms. These two elements are among the main causes of many current diseases. Even though the human body is a wonderful machine that normally always restores good working conditions (re-establishing the "buffer systems"), it must nevertheless be given the means to do so.

 

How to improve your land?

  • Reduce the intake of acidifying foods: offal and meat, whole and refined cereals, cold cuts, saturated animal or vegetable fats, refined oils and hydrogenated fats (margarines, pastries), bread, refined sugars (sweets, pastries).
  • Avoid industrial food, ready-made meals, kebab shops, pizzerias and fast-food restaurants.
  • Avoid chemical additives (coloring, sweeteners, preservatives ...) present in food, but also those of cosmetics and other body care products (parabens, laureth sulfates, etc.). The skin is the first barrier of defense against the outside world and any molecule in contact with it will be found in the bloodstream within 20 minutes.
  • Avoid endocrine disruptors: chemical drugs (especially oral contraceptives and hormonal treatments, but others as well), alcohol, gluten, phytosanitary products (pesticides...), phthalates and bisphenol (plastics)...
  • Consume in moderate quantities all exciting foods or drinks: alcohol, coffee, sodas...
  • Protect yourself from harmful radiation: microwave ovens, relay antennas, wi-fi, cell phones...
  • Increase the consumption of raw food, but especially without phytosanitary products (organic farming, integrated farming, etc.).
  • Encourage the intake of alkalizing foods: most fruits and vegetables except oranges, cranberries, sorrel, rhubarb and some plums.
  • Eat slowly and chew foods well as they are made more alkaline and digestible when soaked in saliva.
  • Practice breathing and oxygenation exercises in the fresh air: walk in the forest, in the mountains, in the open field or by the sea.
  • Encourage the contribution of negative ions (with positive effects on health): proximity of fountains, waterfalls, sea bubbles, rain on tree leaves, air after thunderstorms or indoor ionizers designed for this purpose.
  • Practice gentle sports or leisure activities that harmonize and relax (meditation, yoga, Qi Qong, tai chi...).
