Medicinal plants and vital energy

To study health, scientists and medicine today only refer to physiological and microscopic parameters. They increasingly fragment human beings into systems and compartmentalize their services according to the organs to be studied.

We have recently learned that there are rhythmologists in charge of studying the heart rhythm alone, as if studying it in isolation could solve a profound health problem, knowing that the heart rhythm depends of course on the state of the heart muscle, but especially that it is under the control of hormones (thyroid and adrenal). And it is these hormones themselves that induce the control of this rhythm by means of the nervous system that we call autonomic.

Medicine as "everything

Herbalists and other physicians, etiopaths or naturopaths have fortunately understood that health should be considered in a global or holistic manner, taking into account a whole series of factors. This holistic approach includes temperament, genetics, but also epigenetics, i.e. everything that influences and affects our body at all times. All of this constitutes a terrain, a terrain on which our state of health will depend and a terrain that can be improved or corrected thanks to plants, among other things.

There is nothing new under the sun since for thousands of years and through all civilizations man has used medicinal plants to improve his health or to treat and cure certain diseases.

However, if medicinal plants have precise indications or tropisms that are well known (pharmacopoeia), we must keep in mind that it is not the plant itself that heals the body!

The importance of life energy in healing

Indeed, medicinal plants will only be effective if the vital energy of the individual is sufficient, because plants only awaken, stimulate or help the healing forces of the body. These healing forces are directly proportional to the person's life energy level. This vital energy is itself directly linked to its glandular and energetic state (chakras - energy bodies). Thus, if an individual is completely exhausted (stressed, demineralized, sick), plants alone will not be enough to get him back on his feet. It is imperative and above all to revive one's strength or vital energy.

This energy can be depleted because of the hectic life we lead, but also because of the many pollutions we are subjected to on a daily basis (air, food, body care products, electromagnetic, etc.).

A therapist who uses plants will therefore first have to cleanse or drain the client's body in order to remove energetic blockages. This cleansing should be accompanied by energetic treatments whose goal is to restore the vital energy capital of the client he wishes to help.

There are many different ways to replenish vital energy. They include breathing and oxygenation, contact with nature, adoption of a healthy and toxic-free diet, but also relaxation and stress management techniques, massages, drainage, detoxification through sauna, hammam and other body treatments. This can be supplemented with reiki or other energy methods, as well as gentle sports and social and recreational activities that are enriching and fulfilling.

Accompanied by this global reform of lifestyle, plants can perform real small miracles in the field of return to health.
