Daily anti-aging reflex: a glass of organic vegetable juice

There is talk all over the press about the daily 5 rations of fruits and vegetables.


We know that to benefit from the vitamins and minerals in vegetables and fruits, they should be eaten as often as possible cruised. Or, our bodies often have a hard time digesting raw vegetables, so noon is a good time to drink some of our vegetable and fruit requirements, as it gives us time to digest them.

Practical Tips:

♦ Squeeze your vegetables and fruits around noon, about 1 hour before lunch, and drink the juice as soon as the juice is extracted, because the vitamins oxidize very quickly.

♦ Buy organic vegetables, otherwise you'll be drinking more pesticides than juice...

♦ 1 drink a day is a good dose.

♦ Vary your vegetables and fruits each day by including greens.

♦ Don't forget to add aromatics like basil as well.

♦ Personally, I always add to my daily juice a little fresh ginger, full of good anti-aging properties.

♦ Wash and brush your organic carrots and definitely do not remove the nutrient-rich peel.

♦ Don't forget the red fruits, full of anti-oxidants!

For those who don't want to bother with pressing, washing the robot etc... there is a (not so good) solution which consists in buying bottles of organic vegetable juice in your organic store.
