Aging. This phenomenon, which is completely natural in our eyes, also seems to fall into the category of clogging pathologies.
Many therapists are convinced that our organism is programmed to live between 120 and 140 years, whereas the current longevity for humans is only 75 years (varying according to ethnicity and country).
In addition, it prevents the onset of more serious pathologies such as cancers, immune system deficiencies, degenerative diseases and many others. It is good to note that with advancing age the body needs less food, but the absorption of nutrients becomes less efficient. I remind you of the general rules to follow for your basic health plan to delay aging as much as possible:
- Eat plenty of raw fruits and vegetables and don't skimp on garlic (without the germ).
- Avoid refined carbohydrates and excess alcohol.
- Protein should only account for 13% of your caloric intake.
- Lose your excess weight. By staying slim and eating properly, you will tend to age more slowly and live longer.
- Make sure you are getting enough vitamin A, niacin, vitamins C and E, selenium, zinc, copper and manganese, especially if you are not feeling well.
- It is vital to consume enough essential fatty acids.
- Lipids, fats and oils as well as magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6 needed to metabolize them.
- Vitamin C, bioflavonoids and zinc help maintain joint and skin flexibility.
