Aluminum: daily poison

New cases of Alzheimer's disease appear every year and the statistics have been increasing considerably for several decades now. Studies have been carried out by various Belgian universities and they prove that 9.3% of the population over 65 years old is affected by dementia. This rate increases with the age taken into account and can reach 35% for people over 90 years old. Women are the most affected and the number of people affected will increase again and again to reach a significant increase with a number of 251,000 cases by 2030, which is almost double in just twenty years.

Alzheimer's: a real epidemic, a real scourge that awaits us in the years to come

Alzheimer's disease is the brain that slows down little by little, daily life becomes difficult, and disorders set in to affect, in the end, the long-term memory. If we focus on the physiological aspect, we explain this disease by the accumulation of cells in the form of deposits. This mass agglomerates in the brain and is no longer eliminated, it stagnates without any hope of being evacuated normally one day. These wastes cause dementia, senility.
In addition to the known genetic and medical causes, other risk factors are numerous and it is important to understand that it is a societal disease. In fact, the culprits are simply the lifestyles and consumption patterns that we have adapted in recent times and the environment in which we live. Let's point to something that promotes this disease: aluminum.

You should know that although the truths are different from one person to another, and opinions on this subject differ, it has nevertheless been proven that aluminum accelerates degenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's. "At the end of the 1980s, an English woman named Carole Croix died of Alzheimer's at the early age of 58. The autopsy revealed an abnormally high level of aluminum in the brain. A few years earlier, 20 tons of aluminum sulfates had been dumped into the city's water supply. "

Aluminum: the culprit

Aluminum is now found absolutely everywhere: in our food, in vaccines, in water, in our pots and pans, in food containers such as soft drink cans, etc.

aluminum

Today it is almost impossible to avoid it and yet it is harmful and we can go so far as to say that it is deadly with the wear and tear of time. Indeed, the doses accumulated in our body can have serious consequences. The damage is done in the brain and to do this, aluminum will use our food to travel to the heart of our body and sneak in where it will do the most harm, where it will reach the source of the problems, where it will kill us slowly. Let's not thank aspartame or glutamate that serve as carriers; a flavor enhancer and sweetener that have roles that could be described as harmful.

What are the solutions to this scourge?

By becoming responsible and aware of our health, it is quite possible to restrict the arrival of disease or prevent it from reaching us at all. For this, it is essential to avoid as much as possible pollutants such as aluminum.

Become consistent in the way you eat but also in the way you live. It is out of the question, of course, to live in total autarky like a hermit to avoid the evolution of our world but sometimes it is important to understand that there are choices to be made for our health and our evolution:

  • Choose your food containers well (cans, fruit juice jugs, etc.) as well as your pans, which we prefer to use Teflon, for example.
  • Choose your cosmetic products consciously and banish those that contain aluminum: Beware of deodorants!
  • Prefer organic quality food that will be less contaminated anyway.
  • Remove aspartame and glutamate from your daily routine as they promote the flow of aluminum to your brain.
  • Be careful also with products from the food industry because industrialists have no qualms about poisoning us: the human being is not at the center of their interest but their profit.
  • Finally, throw out the aluminum foil rolls from your drawers, of course.

Don't let these pollutants take over your health.
